Having over 35 years with Shell Oil didn’t hinder his ability to think outside the norm to develop the most successful, innovative, and profitable ideas for his region making it the most successful region in the company. Lee got there by saying “How do we know it won’t work when we haven’t tried it yet?” He produced more incremental profit margin, sales and new vendor contracts for his retailers, dealers and wholesalers, in the Northeast than the rest of the country combined.
