His experience as President and Managing Director of two different companies offers a solid foundation to provide expert advice and guidance to senior management teams. He successfully directed a company start up in 2001, growing it in a period of 30 months to a successful and profitable sale. He is also recognized for his leadership of the largest in-store merchandise company in the U.S., servicing, and supporting over 60 consumer product companies within the grocery industry.
In addition to directing two different companies, Rick has held senior level management positions at Pepsi-Cola, Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group, Sara Lee, and Hills Pet Nutrition, a division of Colgate Palmolive. In 1991 he received Pepsi-Cola’s highest award for Sales and Service Excellence. From 1992 thru 1994 Shell Oil awarded Rick the highest Vendor Award for Quality Service.
