William F. “Will” Fletcher is founder and principal in the transformational leadership firm Ethical Ventures, a breakthrough organization designed to instill ethical leadership and corporate identity in Global businesses. He also founded and is CEO of the Fletcher Management Group, Inc., specializing in privately held companies where innovation is at the root of their business plan. This Firm provides and directs a full suite of advisory and financial services aimed at the entrepreneur. On July 1, 2005, Mr. Fletcher was elected President of the Tolson Foundation, a non-profit financial organization whose stated mission is the development of men as leaders in their faith. These leaders will be equipped to develop new leaders while they continue to impact the world. Most recently, Mr. Fletcher was elected Chairman of the Board of CIC International, a global development corporation presently deploying their resources in China, Russia, India, Cuba and the United States. On March 1, 2006 Mr. Fletcher was named Partner with the venture capital firm SGC Global Partners to head their international acquisitions practice.
Drawing from his successes in Fortune 100, senior management and executive leadership positions, Mr. Fletcher’s specialties in corporate re-engineering, mergers and acquisitions have produced numerous honors for innovation and uncommon results. The repeated recipient of IBM’s highest awards for excellence from IBM’s Chairmen John Akers and Lou Gerstner, Mr. Fletcher held key leadership positions in financial management, global professional services and global financing.
Since 1997, the Fletcher Management Group has directed its full attention towards the life cycle management of new businesses in efforts to stimulate economic growth and job creation. Through successfully designing and engineering numerous divestitures and spin-off opportunities for large and mid-cap companies, the Fletcher Management Group has created new entities and new jobs for thousands of workers.
Will Fletcher is presently working with Colleges and Universities in China and the United States to complement their efforts to develop rich entrepreneurial curriculum and internships for their students. The end-state result will be business creation, job creation and wealth creation where they do not exist, today.
Will is a frequent speaker on the topics of business transformation, corporate governance and business ethics, focusing on leadership development and risk management. He is an active board member for numerous companies, charities and churches. Will leads a weekly roundtable for young businessmen and women who are investigating the balance of their personal and private lives.
